Rates
$220 for the first personal counseling appointment (intake)
$165 per 50 minute session thereafter for personal counseling or for class assessment appointments.
Insurance
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies. My services may be covered in part by your policy's out-of-network benefits. I provide a superbill with all needed clinical and tax information for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement according to their out-of-network benefits. Determining benefits is the responsibility of the client. Helpful questions include:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is the out-of-network coverage benefit per session and when does it start?
Reduced Fee
Services at reduced fee may be available and are determined according to the household income scale I use. Please contact me to discuss this option, which is a possibility for those meeting income criteria and who do not have insurance or any out-of-network benefits.
Payment
Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not provided advanced notice of at least 24 hours, you will be charged $100.00. My policy is that this is paid before an additional session is scheduled.
